Inside censhare: Espen from Capgemini

This week we continue the series from Stockholm as I was fortunate enough to be joined by another content management expert, Espen Toren, from one of our largest partners, Capgemini , who takes fantastic care of one of our biggest clients.

As you will hear, Capgemini has been a censhare partner for over a year now, and we discuss how that year has gone, what Espen’s experience has been like, and his impressions of the product and our people so far.

We also discuss some of the challenges which we solve together, specifically around workflow , governance, and omnichannel communication , and specifically print.

Sadly, as you will notice in the video the client with whom we work with prefers to keep the secret sauce of its retail publishing success under wraps and therefore we can’t name them in this video or any of our communications. So, you have to trust me - we're talking about a significant global brand with a significant omnichannel publishing challenge.
