Peter is always good company, he has great experience of a wide range of customer experience and marketing challenges in his extensive career as a consultant and even though we are a software vendor, we know that software is not the total answer to a strategic digital transformation problem (although it certainly helps!). There are people and processes that must be understood and this is where Peter comes in.
Having spent some time with Peter I know he could have shared a whole list of challenges that he has helped clients to solve – but I asked him to pick one, and he shared with me what he describes as “the impending CMO heart attack”.
