While taking over the previous requirements of producing weekly store cards, the management of digital assets, and weekly print flyers, censhare also enabled the improvement of process efficiency, the better management of a growing bank of digital assets, and the faster production of weekly print marketing materials.
Productivity is up and the quality of output much higher. With other departments also wanting access to the system for their content needs, PLUS Retail is already planning the next steps for their future proof censhare implementation: workflow automation.
The usability of censhare is ten times better than our previous system. For example, for a campaign we are able to see right away the selected images on offer level. In the old system it was one campaign file with all selected images, so checking all images on offer level took a lot of time.
