Inside censhare - Where Feedback is Continuous

Christina Gräßel, our Head of HR, returns to the Inside censhare hot seat this week, to give us a glimpse of some of the new initiatives we are running internally to maintain censhare as a very special workplace, which can be a challenge for organisations growing as fast as we are.

One of those initiatives is “continuous feedback” and Christina shares her experience of how we are implementing this very contemporary people management practice, as well as the importance of engaging employees and she also shares the results of some of our internal surveys.
