With over 700 employees in Germany and many more abroad, URSAPHARM owns a multitude of brands and products across a variety of territories, and its marketing needs are vast and complex. It was looking for a system which would form a central hub for all digital marketing content and product information, as well as support and streamline its lengthy and strict approval processes.

URSAPHARM decided to implement censhare, which it says has been like a “turbo booster” for marketing. Operating in a tightly regulated market, approval cycles have been shortened from one week to one day, and output has increased by around 300%. And with all marketing and product content stored in one central place, internal processes and structures have been slimmed down and sped up.

We now experience one approval cycle per day, on average, which corresponds to three to four times as much output as before. That of course acts very much like a turbo boost for marketing.
