International sales leader to further expand global market position.
Esther Donatz will be appointed CEO of censhare AG on 1 October this year. The sales leader, who has many years of experience, is moving up within the company to succeed Frank Hassler, who is leaving censhare by mutual agreement at the end of September. Donatz will be responsible for managing the business together with André Lieser, CFO.

As Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for censhare, an integral part of Dumont’s Marketing Technology operating division, Donatz previously headed the company’s sales and professional services teams and successfully managed censhare’s regional business units in Germany, Switzerland, France, England, Benelux, Scandinavia and the USA.
Our software and services are already extremely successful and among the real growth drivers at DuMont – I would like to push this further. With our Universal Content Management, we are an innovative enabler for digital sales approaches and aim to position ourselves as an important part of a new work and collaboration strategy for companies in the future.
Before joining censhare, Esther Donatz worked for international SaaS and cloud companies in various management positions, and was distinguished with the "IT Woman of the Year 2018" Gold Award. She worked in various management positions at T-Systems International, VMware, and F5 Networks, and together with her teams, was responsible for global customer accounts, the implementation of complex IT projects, and partner sales. Her passion is converting complex technical solutions into business results.
