International sales leader to further expand global market position.

Esther Donatz will be appointed CEO of censhare AG on 1 October this year. The sales leader, who has many years of experience, is moving up within the company to succeed Frank Hassler, who is leaving censhare by mutual agreement at the end of September. Donatz will be responsible for managing the business together with André Lieser, CFO.

“We need to establish ourselves in a world of digital communication dominated by the ‘global digital giants’ Google, Apple, Facebook and Amazon. That’s why our goal is to provide companies on the market with the best tools for digitizing their organization, sales strategies, and communication activities. censhare is an important area of business in this overall DuMont strategy – and one of the most successful. I’m delighted to be able to appoint a recognized expert to this CEO role, who has extensive experience of developing business models and the expansion of market positions – and who is also one of our own”, states Dr. Christoph Bauer, Chair of the Supervisory Board, censhare AG.

As Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for censhare, an integral part of Dumont’s Marketing Technology operating division, Donatz previously headed the company’s sales and professional services teams and successfully managed censhare’s regional business units in Germany, Switzerland, France, England, Benelux, Scandinavia and the USA.

Our software and services are already extremely successful and among the real growth drivers at DuMont – I would like to push this further. With our Universal Content Management, we are an innovative enabler for digital sales approaches and aim to position ourselves as an important part of a new work and collaboration strategy for companies in the future.
