Today, censhare AG announced that technology entrepreneur, global strategist and industry thought leader, Dr. Anastassia Lauterbach , will join its supervisory board as Chairperson, and Patrick Wölke , Managing Director DuMont Digital, will replace Dr. Christoph Bauer as the investor’s representative to the board. Bauer also chaired the Supervisory Board on an interim basis.
Based in Bonn, Germany, Dr. Anastassia Lauterbach is fluent in five languages and brings to the censhare board experience which includes Kaspersky Labs, Dun & Bradstreet, and a number of startup companies focused on Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity.
Prior to this, Lauterbach held Executive Vice President roles at Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile and Qualcomm, following a career that started as an Underwriter having achieved her PhD (Dr. Phil.) and MA, magna cum laude, in Psychology, Linguistics at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn.
Lauterbach has a track record of working with cutting edge technologies, for example her involvement with Machine Learning started back in 2011 at Qualcomm, way before the term Artificial Intelligence became mainstream. Today, Lauterbach is considered a thought leader and is a sought-after speaker at AI conferences.

Patrick Wölke, who also joins the censhare supervisory board, brings a wealth of media, innovation and digital sales experience from his current role as Managing Director DuMont Digital and past experience in executive roles at Hubert Burda Media and AOL.
