Experienced SaaS expert to lead censhare’s sales and marketing organization to further accelerate growth
censhare has significantly increased the number of new customers over the past two years. Now, in order to grow even more, the company is strengthening its forces in the revenue generation business areas. Therefore, censhare has created its first-ever Chief Revenue Officer position. Following Esther Donatz, who was appointed CEO in 2020 and until 2022 combined the CEO and CSO (Chief Sales Officer) functions, this position will be solely held by Marcus Schiewe.
In his capacity as CRO, Schiewe will oversee censhare’s Sales Team, the Solutions Consultants, Marketing and Sales Operations. He will focus on driving censhare’s existing and new business growth, as well as the prospects’ and clients’ experience with censhare. Under Marcus Schiewe’s lead, censhare will continue to hire and develop the best people in the market and, based on his experience, continue to drive the organization towards a globally unified sales process.
His excellent track record of business success, long-term vision, and enthusiastic approach are an absolute win for the company. Marcus brings more than 20 years of international partner and direct sales experience to censhare, and his extensive expertise with cloud and SaaS solution portfolios including ERP, CRM, BI, Content Management, and Unified Communications will provide new ideas to censhare’s go-to-market organization. Before joining censhare, Marcus held leadership roles within business application solution vendors, e.g. SAP, Infor, and GHX Europe.
