DMEXCO was an exciting show for us and part of the fun for me was to hang out with some of our partners and learn about what they have going on and who they are working with.

Our partners are essential in helping our clients realize their project aspirations and you get a glimpse of this in this video, our latest episode of Inside censhare, filmed outside censhare at DMEXCO during which I chat to Timo Wollny, CCO at kolb digital, an agency focused on digital transformation based just outside of Munich.

Timo makes a fantastic point about the relationship between a software vendor such as ourselves and our partners, describing how great partners enable us to focus on developing the software while they focus on developing the solutions for our clients.

As Chief Customer Officer, Timo looks after his clients throughout their relationship with his agency, relationships that are often long term. Timo discusses their work with a couple of these clients and I get to congratulate him on signing a new client.
