In this, the final episode of Inside censhare at DMEXCO, I get to chat to Joachim Fischer, CEO of Kontrast Communication Services, another of our German partners, based in Dusseldorf.

Kontrast is a slightly special partner because it forms part of the Dumont Digital family and censhare acquired a majority stake in the agency last year (you can read more about that here) which has provided clients such as Vodafone, OBI, HUAWEI and Banco Santander with creative technology solutions.

Joachim expands on what that means and we discuss how the solutions his agency builds are insight driven, guiding its clients through what is possible with technology. We also dive into some of the expertise his agency has, specifically when working with retail clients and the challenges and trends in this industry.

I feel that Inside censhare must be a lucky talisman as, like in the previous episode when I was chatting to Timo Wallny from kolb digital, Joachim also reveals a new customer win for the censhare family, this time a large German healthcare provider.

I always enjoy chatting to Joachim, who provides a great insight into what makes up a censhare solution outside of the technology.

I hope you enjoy this video.
