censhare achieves significant growth in turnover and major new clients across all sales regions, refreshes its brand, and welcomes new CEO, Frank Hassler.
The universal content management platform vendor is happy to report a very successful first half of 2019. Following management changes last year and DuMont becoming a majority stakeholder this January, censhare started the year with a refocused strategy and significant progress across several core business areas.
censhare has seen an increase in turnover of 24% during H1 compared to the previous year. This is not only due to the growing stream of ongoing SaaS revenue, but also to major new client wins across all regions, who join the ranks of Jaguar Land Rover, Dyson, Christie’s, Lufthansa and hundreds more in discovering new freedom to create and delivering quality communications with exceptional efficiency. These new clients include Land’s End in the US, Tourism Ireland in the Republic of Ireland, Hedin Bil in Sweden, Clarins in France, PLUS Retail in the Netherlands, Saviva AG Food Services in Switzerland, XXXLutz in Austria, and FC Bayern München in Germany.
Updated positioning and brand were launched at this year's censhare ecosphere days, the annual censhare customer and partner event, held at the end of June in Munich. More than 200 industry experts from 11 countries came together for the two day event in order to network, share experience, and benefit from the keynotes from Marketing Leadership Expert Thomas Barta, Management Member of the EHI Retail Institute Marco Atzberger, and many more, as well as learning from the censhare success stories presented by Bauer Media, Telefónica, Royal Canin, and Microsoft.
In March, censhare welcomed its new CEO Frank Hassler, succeeding interim CEO Jürg Weber who has now fully returned to his previous role as CEO of the censhare Swiss subsidiary. Frank Hassler brings over 20 years of experience in the international software business to his CEO role at censhare, having experienced extreme success as Managing Director E-Recruiting for XING SE, where he was responsible for the development and growth of an effective business model and commercial organization, and having worked for, among others, Navision, Microsoft, and SAP.
Together with the management team, Frank Hassler oversees the company strategy going forward aiming for a further scalable, international organization, maintaining censhare’s position ahead of both the market and client expectation. To this end, several business initiatives are already driving the improvement of the company’s recognized SaaS capabilities and the further development of its strong international partner network, as well as taking its leading edge product and technology to the next level.
