censhare expands financial area, groundwork for further growth dynamics

As from February 1, 2015 Stephan Wehselau (46) will take on the newly created post of Chief Financial Officer at censhare AG. The strengthening of the financial area reflects the continued, dynamic growth of the company.

The economist Stephan Wehselau draws on more than 20 years experience in executive positions in international financing and accounting. In his previous posts, the economic scientist was responsible for various bio-medical and medical technology companies as CEO and CFO. Among other positions, he was active as managing director and CFO of JenaValve, as well as co-founder and CFO of Xantos Biomedicine AG. As advisory board member of Spherotec GmbH he played a key role in implementing restructuring and process optimization projects. Stephan Wehselaus' expertise in the financing of innovative technology companies, M&A, controlling, accounting and corporate restructuring will lend additional dynamics to the growth course censhare AG is charting.

His main tasks at censhare entail steering and optimizing of the meanwhile strong domestic and international growth of censhare AG, as well as securing the requisite equity financing and debt financing in the course of additional financing rounds. With this personnel measure, censhare is underscoring its strategy of dynamically advancing its strong position as a provider of integrated software solutions for marketing and communication.
