This week on Inside censhare, I again delve into the censhare technical engine room and discover Philipp, Team Lead and Assistant Manager, Global Customer Services who has spent almost half of his life serving censhare clients.

What never stops amazing me when I do these interviews and wander the halls of censhare's global offices is that we have people (and clients) who have been with the company from the beginning or close to it, not just the founders, like Dieter and Walter (who I have interviewed here), but people throughout the business.

People like Philipp who shares with us in this interview how he joined as a student when we were only 10 people (we are now with over 320), during which time he has progressed to a team lead position over the course of the last seventeen years. He shares with us what keeps him motivated at censhare and what he enjoys about his work; empowering his team, helping others, supporting our growth and his love for analysis of complex topics.
