censhare relaunches the brand to reflect its content leadership in the MarTech landscape.

This week on Inside censhare I welcome back our most frequent guest, Christina Gräßel, with news – she no longer runs HR! But fear not loyal Inside censhare watchers, she brings other news: we have renamed our HR department and dropped the whole resource thing.
In previous episodes Christina has given us a peak into the progressive approach she has towards people management such as continuous feedback, something which we are all adopting here at censhare. In this episode, we talk about how the old term “human resources” does not really reflect what motivates Christina, her team and those of us who have the privilege of shaping the careers of our people.
And so, Christina has unveiled the “People & Organization Department”, a term which sits well with her own passion whilst also reflecting a shift in thinking for many forward looking people based organizations, like our own.
Well, I say “shift”, but it’s not as though we are suddenly deciding to become progressive today. If you’ve met our CEO or listened to our new joiners (on Inside censhare) you’ll know we’ve been a “people” (not “resources”) organization from the start.
If you’d like to join us - we are hiring across the board - or if HR is your thing, I’d encourage you to connect with Christina and learn more about her ideas.
