Occasionally I don’t need to move far from my desk to discover new interviewees for Inside censhare. This week I looked up and across the room there was a new starter in my team, Lucy Campbell-Woodward, and on her eighth day I thought it was time to find out what exactly she was up to – and why not do that in front of the Inside censhare camera?

Lucy has recently joined the team as a digital marketer. A fellow Brit but fluent German speaker (unlike me), she has relocated to our Munich office.

Lucy shares with us her onboarding experience which we have heard about fromChristina and Annika in previous Inside censhare episodes and while it’s not mandatory, during the summer months our onboarding activities usually end up in one of Munich's lovely Biergartens.

We are always on the lookout for great talent, like Lucy, not just for our marketing team but across all of the teams and offices here at censhare – so if you are interested in what we have to offer (aside from the Biergarten) then take a look at our careers page.

Also, as you may have seen in these videos our team is a happy bunch – but it’s not just in front of the camera. Take a look at what people think of censhare on Glassdoor. I was chatting to another new starter the other day and they found the comments there really helpful.

Enjoy the video!
