Many western companies, India is seen as a resource, a bright, young, enthusiastic, educated workforce picking up their back-office workload. But, we see India differently, as our new General Manager and SVP censhare India, Praveen Rao, explains in this latest episode of Inside censhare.

Regular watchers of Inside censhare will know that we have a wholly owned product development, support and presales organization in India, as I have interviewed a number of Praveen’s colleagues in the past. But in this conversation, we talk about the regions maturing appetite for marketing technology as India’s companies look to engage their consumers through relevant content marketing.

And Praveen should know. With an impressive resume which includes Microsoft, Dun & Bradstreet, and most recently Arvato (a wholly owned subsidiary of Bertelsmann), he’s hitting the ground running with a clear understanding of the needs of our clients and the value of digital experience software in this emerging region.
