As we have now made it to over 50 episodes of Inside censhare (yes, we forgot to mention a few episodes ago that we had hit that mark!), I thought it would be a good time to reflect on what we’ve heard from our colleagues so far.

As we have now made it to over 50 episodes of Inside censhare (yes, we forgot to mention a few episodes ago that we had hit that mark!), I thought it would be a good time to reflect on what we’ve heard from our colleagues about what working for censhare means to them, with a montage of some of the highlights.

Inside censhare started as an experiment, just over a year ago, lifting the lid on a business which not many people were familiar with, showcasing our colleagues, and inspiring new talent to join this exciting company (we’ve pretty much doubled in size over this past year).

And what we’ve learned is that the experience of working for censhare is about a family culture and the celebration of diversity and success together, across our international organization, as well the maintenance of this culture through a period of growth and change.

We want to inspire new talent to join us (we have pretty much doubled in size over the last year and we keep on growing!) and the enthusiasm of our colleagues shines through in this video. With over 50 episodes of Inside censhare now in the bag, the list of willing interviewees or news to chat about with those who have already appeared on the show does not seem to be slowing down!
