Reinforcing Operational Process with A New Director of Global Operations

As a global company, censhare needs to be sure that its vision is delivered precisely across the whole organization. The appointment of a Director of Global Operations means new possibilities for censhare in strengthening the realization of its platform strategy at every turn. The new role will be a connection point between its international regions and headquarters to establish a framework of project management practices across all business units, from offer to delivery, as well as to strengthen censhare’s offerings to support its ever-growing partner network.

Matt Gibbs, who has been a part of the censhare team for more than 14 years and began his journey with the company in 2007 as a Project Manager, has been promoted from leading the UK team to this new role. Matt has been instrumental in successfully overseeing and consulting projects in the UK and North West and his outstanding ability to bring people together and to foster a strong team spirit will undoubtedly help in delivering top-notch services to (lighthouse) customers, and have Professional Services play a larger role in the enablement of partners. Prior to joining censhare, Matt held roles at The Times and Associated Newspapers, working with their publishing systems.
