censhare AG today announced the sale of its shares in the Düsseldorf based agency Kontrast Communication Services GmbH. As part of its focused corporate strategy , censhare is strengthening its concentration on the successful software licensing business.
The company will focus entirely on further expanding its leading position as a provider of Universal Content Management for the future, with a clear focus on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business. The sale of the advertising agency, which is also an implementation partner of censhare, will not only focus the company portfolio, but also further strengthen its global partner network
By taking this step, the software manufacturer is emphasizing the importance of its already extensive partner network, an essential prerequisite for the network’s further global expansion. It follows the rollout of a new partner program in 2019, which has already welcomed a number of new partners such as Across, Big Button I/O, DI UNTERNEHMER, Digital Survival Company, Newton Place and ORT Media Group.
