Held on June 23, 2009 in Munich, the 11th CrossMediaForum attracted more than 60 professionals. This year’s event stood under the motto of “From content to publishing products: Innovative cross media publishing for Publishing 3.0.“ censhare was represented by Dieter Reichert, who delivered a presentation entitled “From publishing house to community – from production to communication company. How the Internet is changing the earnings potentials of publishers and networked company cooperation“, and the company was also present with a stand on location.
The 11th CrossMediaForum was hosted by the consulting firm Heinold, Spiller & Partner. The event addressed decision makers from the areas of product management, executive management, IT/EDP, e-business/Internet and production. The central issue was the question as to how publishing houses can manage their contents so efficiently as to enable publishing in all variants and on all relevant channels.
Based on a number of case studies, leading providers of editorial systems and cross-media solutions demonstrated innovative applications and illustrated central success factors for future oriented cross media infrastructures. Two new surveys on these topics provided a scientific foundation for the presentations.
