It’s back to school for Inside censhare this week, as we pop next door to our studio and pull Thomas Kramer, our Global Head of Training into the chair and yet again we find ourselves chatting to someone with over a decade with censhare.
As an aside - as I write this, I am pondering that if years of service at an IT company are like dog years, we must have a stash of gold watches ready for all these great people that have put so much time into censhare. Aside from some consulting I did for SAS, who have a great reputation for employee retention, I have never worked for an employer that has this loyalty.
Anyway – back to Thomas, who clearly has a passion for his craft as he talks about the global audience he serves and the diversity of the people he trains, he also shares what training opportunities we offer to our clients and partners.
