What awaits you as IT System Engineer censhare?

As a System Engineer you feel at home in the Windows Server environment. You continuously develop existing security and authorization concepts in the Active Directory, implement additional services and you are the link between IT and other departments. Identity and Access management concepts will be also within your primary duties. You are the main person responsible for the conceptual and operative support of the existing environment. You will be part of a young, dynamic team.
You are part of our global IT team, which acts under its own responsibility in flat hierarchies and provides considerable room for your further development.

Your job as IT System Engineer

• Installation, configuration, operation, monitoring and maintenance of our global Windows Server environment (Win 2012 and Win 2016)
  

• Administration of the internal system environments and the associated network components (HW & VM)

• Identity and Access management

• Implementation and migration of software solutions

• Ensuring the auditability of our infrastructure (security standards, documentation, etc.)

• Special projects for the further development and continuous improvement of our infrastructure services

• Support users within User Desk

• Administration and growth of full portfolio of censhare IT applications

Your profile as IT System Engineer

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience

• Good knowledge of Active Directory (AD DS, DFS, AD FS and other server roles)

• Knowledge with at least one Windows script language

• Basic knowledge of Exchange, Single-Sign-On and Linux/Unix is desirable

• Strong communicative personality toward external and internal contacts (German is a plus)

• Good knowledge of networks/firewalls

• Excellent knowledge of Unix/Linux

• Conceptual, analytical mindset and enthusiasm for solving complex problems

• Sense of responsibility, reliability, precision and the ability to work independently

• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
