This week on Inside censhare, I interviewed Emily Nicholls, who has recently joined the marketing team to create and manage a global field marketing organization.

Like pretty much everyone I interview on Inside censhare, Emily is hiring and growing from a team of one dedicated Field Marketer (herself) to a team covering all our markets and locations, including Germany, Switzerland, US, UK, France, Benelux and Nordics and as we expand in 2018, looking East to Asia Pacific to support our business there.

Emily joins us at a busy time in marketing and she shares with us some of the events we are sponsoring and will be speaking at, she has clearly needed to hit the ground running as she picks up a packed agenda for censhare in Q4.

Great insight into what 100% growth means for a company like ours, the new positions that we’ve needed to open and the talent have coming on-board. For me personally, a demonstration of the direction and intention of censhare as we hire top talent, like Emily, who brings a huge amount of experience and industry best practice to our team.
