The Director of Global Solution Consulting is responsible for overseeing and delivering the activities of the censhare Solution Consulting team including the following:
Responsible for developing the censhare digital experience journey during our sales process, together with our product management, corporate product marketing and international sales teams.
Lead the technical support activity of the Global Solution Consultants team for prospective customers and partners.
Develop solutions and customized presentations for large, complex sales opportunities.
Collaborate with our Chief Sales Officer on the process design of qualifying and evaluating customer potentials.
Provide guidance to prospects in how they can apply censhare to their business.
Support our marketing teams with product presentations, webinars and events as well as analyst meetings.
Create and maintain the knowledge transfer process to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover.
Manage our censhare solutions on our demo server, including development and documentation.
Train sales and delivery on upcoming censhare solutions in the demo environment.
Support responses to RFIs/RFPs to ensure high quality bids and proposals, especially via OMBUD (tool).
You have several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position in the software industry, ideally in a B2B environment, with Marketing Technology or Digital Experience Solutions.
You established a high level of experience in independently preparing and conducting product demos of complex software solutions .
You have a record of teaching and preparing others to conduct their own product demos.
You have a high customer, partner and service orientation and you are a talent in communication.
You have a high level of initiative and enjoy working independently.
Your are a leading contributor individually and as a team member, able to provide direction and mentoring to others.
You completed training or studies with a focus on IT, Software Development, Business Administration or any related.
You harness over excellent communication skills in German and English.
Willingness to travel on business trips.
Being the central contact person for the design of the infrastructure and the strategy for our global (pre)sales support you have a great influence on how the censhare solutions are perceived and sold. It is you who coaches and guides our international Solution Consulting community. You are taking care of the team’s and partners’ skill development with regards to up-to-date technologies, consultative selling and much more. You are directly involved in our (pre)sales processes whenever necessary and in building close relationships with our counterparts at customers and partners. So, you are leading any and all aspects of the technical sales process and advise internal and external clients on overall architect solutions in their digital experience journey.
