Located in Gurugram, we are looking for you, at the next possible start date, in the function of:
Analyze censhare application problems and configuration faults and resolve them
Analyze and prepare data to escalate critical problems to R&D and other departments and support these teams in further problem investigation efforts
Initiate and track support tickets from start to resolution
Support our operations team in managing application servers
Monitor the application servers on datacenter and take appropriate actions in case of failures
Follow-up and resolve tickets based on agreed SLA
Help optimize our product and support for software quality assurance
Flexible to work in shift timings
Experience in troubleshooting and working with Java applications
Basic knowledge of SQL (any database)
Good knowledge and understanding of Linux and its flavors
Delivery experience based on SLAs
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Advantage if knowledge of AWS - EC2 and ITIL
Effective listening and client facing skills
Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex problems quickly
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal direction
Ability to make real-time decisions
As an Application Support Specialist, you are the expert for analyzing and resolving application issues for our customers, partners, and your colleagues at censhare. You will be working in an international team together with skilled colleagues in India, Germany, Switzerland and USA, mainly on our sophisticated but therefore complex product.
