For our headquarters in Munich, we are looking for you, at the next possible entry date, in the function of:
Your main goal is deriving our People Strategy according to our business needs and company OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and putting it into practice
At the same time you strongly represent our P&O topics on all levels and towards all stakeholders
Guiding and leading our (international) P&O Team with colleagues in Munich, the US, Switzerland and India
Consulting, guiding and coaching of our C-Level team as well as our People Managers and employees in all P&O relevant topics is part of your daily business products
Together with our People Managers, you will be developing and implementing people initiatives, with a clear focus on developing our employees, strengthening our leadership culture and implementing performance management
By introducing and implementing targeted internal communication measures, you will help us to sharpen our corporate culture
You don’t shy away from operational tasks and processes as part of the P&O team, furthermore you support the team to further professionalize new and already existing processes (recruiting, onboarding, payroll & administration, training, etc.)
You drive Drive HR operational excellence and create impact through HR KPIs and analytics and reporting
You have several years of experience working in a leadership or team lead role in a modern and dynamic HR environment, ideally in the software industry.
You dispose over a degree in economics, psychology or any other related field.
A broad spectrum of experience, especially in people strategy, people development and in representing P&O topics to all stakeholders.
Creative, long-lasting, yet also pragmatic solutions come naturally to you.
Ability to motivate and train groups of people.
You dispose over excellent communication skills in English and German to communicate efficiently with team members and stakeholders from all business areas.
You bring flexibility, the will and skill to design and shape things and passion for People topics to the table.

As our new Head of People & Organization you will join to lead the People & Organization Team in Munich and represent our mission company-wide. Your focus is to develop and implement fitting concepts for the further development of our employees and the entire organization. You understand what a modern work environment needs.
