As you may have read , we’ve closed two significant acquisitions over the last few weeks, so in this episode of Inside censhare I grab my suit jacket and our CFO for the scoop on who these companies are and how they fit into our corporate strategy.
We start with 360dialog , a real time Customer Interaction Management software vendor and a fantastic company in a very exciting space on the forefront of this emerging technology which is becoming essential for companies needing to engage an increasingly omnichannel consumer, both in marketing and customer services. Stephan also offers us a great insight into how this technology fits into the existing censhare platform, as well as giving us the sense that at censhare even the CFO is a technology geek! We then discuss Kontrast , a Düsseldorf based customer experience agency with its roots deeply embedded in technology. As a long-time censhare implementation partner, Kontrast brings to our business a close connection to innovation within marketing departments. Again, you can read more about this transaction here .
What was really interesting is Stephan’s view of the trust that is needed for these transactions, and how we view our new colleagues from 360dialog and Kontrast as joining a family – as well as the challenge of closing these transactions on the same day!
