This week, we welcome back Christina Gräßel, our Head of People and Organization, for an update on a new initiative which her department is implementing inside censhare called ‘The Brainery’.

As Christina shares, The Brainery is a fresh investment in our people. It’s a training and personal development program which covers not just enabling new employees on the censhare product and our processes, but also developing a broader set of personal skills, and is led by both internal mentors and external experts. It’s aim? To ensure that all of our folks have all the support they need, not just to be productive in their current role, but to further development and future opportunities.

And it’s an important initiative. censhare has roughly doubled in size over the last 12 months. In fact, Christina and her team have onboarded over 200 new colleagues during this period and so far, within the first couple of months of its inception, The Brainery has run almost a dozen sessions, covering everything from hiring, to business etiquette, to public speaking.

It’s always a pleasure to chat to Christina and show what’s really happening inside censhare on Inside censhare! And if you are interested in joining us, please check out our careers page.

Enjoy the video.
