Having spent time with one of our founders, this week on Inside censhare (in our new studio!), I meet one of the newer members of our team – Annika Senkovic, who recently joined as a recruiter in the HR team (you may remember me recently chatting to her boss Christina).

As we often talk about on Inside censhare, we are growing, aside from hiring an internal recruiter (a clear sign of a company on a growth curve) Annika talks about the scale of this growth as we look to almost double in size during 2017 and the challenge of on-boarding all these new folks.

Whatever Annika and team are doing, they are clearly doing something right, as you have seen here on Inside censhare, whenever I talk to new folks (for example Patrick, our 200th employee) our new recruits are a happy bunch. It probably helps that the on-boarding in the Munich office now includes a regular get together at the local Biergarten!

As a marketer, one audience we often overlook are potential candidates, but not here and Annika and I briefly discuss the importance of HR marketing. Successful software development, innovative R&D and taking what we do to market is about attracting creative and talented people. Our growth is dependent on the talent we attract today, which will be the value of the company tomorrow.

So, stop by our careers page careers page maybe we’ll see you at our local Biergarten, or maybe a Parisian Café, a London pub, sharing Bitterballen in a bar near our Dutch office, sampling one of the million Denver microbreweries, marvelling at the cleanliness of Zurich or perhaps taking in the sights of Old Delhi?
