Application Support Specialist

  • You analyze censhare application problems and configuration faults and resolve them
  • You initiate and track issue-related tickets from start to resolution
  • You configure and monitor services and modules in order to proactively prevent incidents from occurring
  • You escalate critical problems to R&D and other departments and support these teams in further problem investigation efforts
  • You analyze and prepare data, such as systems performance, and provide to other departments
  • You support our operations team in the operation of application servers and help to optimize our product and support for software quality assurance

  • Your experience in troubleshooting and working with Java applications has prepared you for this position
  • Your profound knowledge of XML, HTML and XSLT/XPath principles as well as an advanced understanding of Linux facilitate your everyday life
  • Your experience in SQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL as well as your knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud enable you for this role
  • You are confident in reading and analyzing application and server logs
  • You approach complex issues with an analytical mind and your structured and solution-oriented way of working helps you to stay focused
  • You are passionate about technology, even in your free time
  • Your good verbal and written communication skills enrich your team work

The salary range for this position is $65,000 ‐ $85,000 depending upon experience. Benefits include comprehensive subsidized group medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with 6% company match, 5 days pto, 18 days paid vacation, and 10 holidays.
