Be the go-to person for global P&O related topics and a trustworthy point of contact for our employees and people managers alike.
Support our Head of People & Organization in implementing our People strategy in close collaboration with our people managers.
Develop and implement P&O principles, guidelines, processes and structures at an international level.
Lead censhare’s entire recruiting process, employer branding initiatives and help further improve our candidate experience.
Identify the latest recruiting trends and implement the appropriate tools and processes.
Spot organizational needs and develop holistic peoplecentric measures to address them.
You have at least 5 years of experience in working as a HR Business Partner in a modern and dynamic work environment, ideally in the software industry. Recruiting has always been an essential and important part of your role.
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in economics, psychology or any other related field.
You have a solid understanding of HR processes within the employee lifecycle.
You are familiar with the latest recruiting trends and ideally have experience in active sourcing.
You love to think out of the box and act pragmatically.
You have the ability to communicate effectively in both German and English across all levels within the organization

We are looking for a talented, open-minded and driven P&O Business Partner (f/m/d) to join our People & Organization team as the fourth member. You will act as a consultant and sparring partner for our people managers and employees in all personnel-relevant issues. Our team continues to grow, thus we offer a long-term perspective with a broad range of tasks. You can look forward to many exciting people topics, with a focus on intensive business partnership, recruiting, employer branding and culture change. You are passionate about working in a general people role and tackle complex topics such as culture, new work, compensation & benefits, people development and labour law issues head on.
