The new office will serve the Northern European markets of Benelux and Nordics, in response to the growth in this exciting market and advancing the collaboration and support of censhare’s existing client and partner community in the area.

As one of the largest markets in Europe, with many international company headquarters, a high adoption rate of new technology and the famous openness of the culture, the Benelux and Nordic region represent a major growth market for companies that are solving the complex digital customer experience challenges that these organizations today face.

censhare, having operated within this market since 2014 from its headquarters in Munich, is already gaining a track record in Benelux and the Nordic region. The new regional headquarters represents a significant investment that will fuel that continued growth, will advance the collaboration with the existing censhare community and provide a regional point of contact for customers and partners such as Egmont, Oriflame, OTW, iStone and Capgemini.

Based on its no-silo content platform, censhare has already gained an enviable reputation with key brands such as BMW, Dyson, Hearst Magazines, Kohl’s, McDonald’s and PWC and is rapidly becoming the ‘go to’ vendor for driving productivity gains and reducing costs in the marketing and communications delivery process.

Driven by increased local client demand, this expansion follows censhare’s recent opening of its regional headquarters in Paris, its continued investment in the US market in 2017 and planned expansion into the Asia Pacific market in 2018.

The city of Gouda in the heart of the Benelux has been chosen due to its great connections, infrastructure and the general excitement of burgeoning tech community. The office in the city center will provide a dedicated hub for all of censhare’s client base in the region.

To lead this expansion, censhare has appointed Pieter Stroop, a regional software business leader, as Managing Director. Having worked for 20 years in email-marketing, data solutions, marketing automation and cross media communications, Stroop has a successful track record as a growth entrepreneur, initializing and developing businesses across borders, working with international brands such as Grandvision, Achmea, Aegon, Infinitas, SD Worx and Mercedes-Benz.

"Pieter brings enormous experience in delivering complex solutions to large organizations," said censhare’s CEO, Dieter Reichert. "His passion for the region, talent, drive and extensive network will be of exceptional value to our clients and community who are looking for the key ingredient to provide seamless communications across a multitude of channels, languages, regions and devices."

Pieter Stroop commented: "This is a great opportunity, both for me personally and for censhare to be in this vibrant, international market. I am especially looking forward to working with the great clients and partners we already have in this region, that are doing exciting things with this product."
