In case you have not already noticed, censhare is hiring! Our careers page seems to be growing by the minute. All this growth has kept HR very busy, but it is well worth it to see censhare welcome the most intelligent, driven, and inspiring employees the world has to offer.

One of the best parts of working in the HR department is meeting all of these intelligent, driven, and inspiring people and matching them with the job that best suits them. This is done through a gruelingly difficult and intimidating interview process. Just kidding! Our interview process is nothing to fear. We actually want every candidate to succeed so we want to provide the tools needed to do so. This way, every candidate can and should be comfortable and prepared to give their best impression. Your roadmap to a successful interview process in seven easy steps are listed below:

  1. Get the inside scoop. censhare insights is our official guidebook. We send this document specifically to our invited candidates to give them an exclusive overview of the company and its vision. This gives candidates a chance to view censhare related information that can’t be found online.
  2. Research, research, research. You can never do enough of it. Our web team works hard to ensure that our site is useful while our marketing team makes sure the content is up to date and relevant. So before your interview, check out the company page, blog posts, and pages relevant to the position you are interviewing for. However, don’t worry about memorizing details. We will not fact check. It’s just important that you have a basic understanding of the company you are interviewing for, whether it’s censhare or any company.
  3. Do you love social media? We do too! Our marketing team loves to Tweet. You can also find us on Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Again, we will not fact check, but any company knowledge you can bring into the interview is a plus!
  4. Speaking of social media, this is the one time it is okay to “stalk” your interviewers (in the best way possible). Don’t go overboard of course, but viewing their XING or LinkedIn page may be a good way to build a connection with your interviewer before you meet.
  5. The (Glass)door is always open. If you have never checked out websites like Glassdoor or Kununu, now is the time to do so. Both sites are a very helpful way to get an inside look into the company through the perspective of employees and customers.
  6. Don’t over-prepare. If you find yourself writing down a script or memorizing a list of fact, you are over-preparing. If you are rehearsing what to say, chances are you will sound rehearsed during the interview. Our interview questions are not crazy and not meant to throw you off-guard. We want to see what you are all about – what drives you – and will do so by simply asking about the work you have done in the past and what you would like to do in the future. Our interviews are casual and conversational; we just want to get to know you!
  7. You have questions, we have answers. The interview is just as much a benefit to you as it is for us. Determine if the company is a good fit for you by asking us anything you would like to know. Don’t wait until after the interview is over to ask questions. Asking questions before and during the interview will help you to get a better idea of the position you are interviewing for and also shows us that you are interested in the company.

Hopefully if you are reading this you, or someone you know, is interested in working at censhare. If there is any position that you feel drawn to, great! Don’t let the fear of interviewing stop you. You never know what doors may open and what opportunities may arise from clicking the “apply” button.
