This sales role will prospect new business via email, phone, events, and social media. You will not be responsible for closing new business initially, you will be responsible for simply finding new opportunities to pass off to our sales team.
Your performance will be measured based on specific metrics, such as the number of emails sent, phone calls made, and opportunities created for our sales team. You will be closely managed and held accountable for these outputs, and you will use Salesforce CRM to organize your business.

We are searching for team members to help this vision become reality. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be the client’s first impression of censhare.
This position will report directly to the SVP Global Sales and will be responsible for surveying and nurturing inbound leads. You will develop target prospects and coordinate demos with the sales and presales teams. This role offers great development perspective and the opportunity to advance to an Enterprise Account Executive position where you will close new business and manage relationships with our clients.
Your job as Sales Development Representative
Develop target prospects list and execute cold outreach to prospective accounts and prospects.
Researching accounts and assessing outbound and inbound opportunities via phone, email, events, and social media.
Understand the prospects needs (in relation to censhare).
Conduct a large volume of outbound calls (50 + daily) to customers and prospects.
Forecast and track leads & activities (calls, emails, meetings) using Salesforce CRM.
Schedule appointments for U.S. sales team.
Identify new targets for sales and business development.
Your profile as Sales Development Representative
Highly driven, disciplined, and competitive.
Digitally-savvy and skilled with social media and marketing.
Strong research skills and familiarity with advanced Google search tactics.
Exceptional writing skills, as well as great verbal communication skills, on the phone and in-person (You will need to pick up the phone!).
A thirst for knowledge and meeting new people.
Comfortable working in a structured environment where your output is measured.
Ethical and compassionate.
Experience in sales and a proactive hunter mindset.
