Occasionally I don’t need to move far from my desk to discover new interviewees for Inside censhare. This week I looked up and across the room there was a new starter in my team, Lucy Campbell-Woodward, and on her eighth day I thought it was time to find out what exactly she was up to – and why not do that in front of the Inside censhare camera?

Lucy has recently joined the team as a digital marketer. A fellow Brit but fluent German speaker (unlike me), she has relocated to our Munich office.

Lucy shares with us her onboarding experience which we have heard about fromChristina and Annika in previous Inside censhare episodes and while it’s not mandatory, during the summer months our onboarding activities usually end up in one of Munich's lovely Biergartens.
