In a special additional Inside censhare this week, we went outside with a video from the opening of our new Benelux and Nordics headquarters in the Netherlands a couple of weeks ago.

We didn’t just cut a ribbon and open some bubbly, we put on an afternoon of inspiring thought leadership, with an agenda that included a warm welcome from the mayor of Gouda, an inspiring presentation from our CEO Dieter Reichert and a thought provoking session with customer experience expert - Frans Reichardt, the Customer Listener in the wonderful setting of the town hall in Gouda.

The day started with an enormous thunderstorm that briefly closed Schipol airport, but as you can see from the reaction of our guests in the video, the people of the Netherlands are a hardy lot and the clouds soon lifted for a great afternoon.
