The Futureday 2014 at the 22.05 in the Munich Kesselhaus was a huge success: more than 450 guests from all over the world followed the presentations on digital future and communication and explored the modern customer: The speakers and experts exchanged with an interested audience and then brightly celebrated.

International top speakers such as Sascha Lobo and Horace Dediu, companies like Amazon Web services and Innosabi and many experts from business and technology provided the listeners with the latest in information, society and communication.

In lectures and a panel of experts were the importance of technology for customer loyalty and corporate strategy discussed and derived visions for companies and individuals figured.

  • Sascha Lobo explained in his opening presentation, "what it really means 'Social' - and why you can not escape" that digital social networking has changed not only the communication, but also shifts all business models and industries.
  • Catharina van Delden, CEO of innosabi GmbH, a leading crowdsourcing and co-creation provider could with her theme " the customer wants to talk: crowdsourcing product development" make clear, how to integrate customers in early phases of innovation processes. It even affects product development and thus enhances the product and corporate acceptance.
  • Analyst Horace Dediu shared his insider knowledge of the "transformation of business and society through technology". He demonstrated the social change, due to user-centered services like Amazon, Facebook, and other technological achievements.Watch on YouTube
  • Paula Camporaso, CIO at GoPro, the manufacturer of the world's most versatile action camera explained in "GoPro, what's next" how to alter a product manufacturer into an international publishing house. Her presentation showed how large amounts of "User-Generated Content" and the needs of a rapidly growing community were decisive to this strategy of the company.Watch on YouTube
  • Martin Geier, Director Germany of Amazon Web Services, explains the strategic partnership between censhare and AWS and the importance of flexible cloud services for digital communications and marketing automation.

Afterward, high-ranking executives, from the Deutsche Bank AG and the Vitra AG, the agency Group fischerAppelt discussed under the direction of Johannes Woll on topics related to "Customer Engagement", "Marketing Automation" and "Social media dialogue".
