This latest step marks the continuation of Dieter Reichert’s commitment to social and cultural issues and developments that spans some thirty years in the meantime. Social responsibility, transparent communication and free development are not only key values of his private view of the world, but also summarize the philosophy that is behind the development of the censhare Publishing System.

Dieter Reichert, CMO censhare AG

Dieter Reichert is CMO and co-founder of censhare AG and looks back on more than 20 years experience in the publication branch. The commitment to maximizing the transparency and availability of information by communication technology forms the core of his business philosophy. The aim, however, is always to generate new synergies based on extensive communication networks and to integrate scientific findings, as well as the respect and understanding of traditional cultures and the essence of nature and individuals.

With this holistic approach and his strong cultural and social commitment, Dieter Reichert is a wanderer between different worlds. In addition to his work in various IT companies, he has already developed and established significant, influential social and cultural projects, most notably Mudra e.V.and culturelife GmbH.

„As Board member of the Deep Democracy Institute I am interested in the interaction with polarized realities and perceptions in an increasingly globalized world,“ as Dieter Reichert commented.

As an internationally active NGO, the Deep Democracy Institute (DDI) is committed to the vision of establishing the worldwide development and training of multifaceted leadership cultures as the key to sustained, local and global developments. DDI regards itself as a think tank and a network that facilitates, supports and implements initiatives for the development of leadership. The Institute’s training programs are already available in various regions of the world, among others in Palestine, the Ukraine and Sierra Leone. The DDI approach is based on the assumption that leadership must always support organizations, communities and individuals in discovering their natural potentials, capabilities and viewpoints. All of the programs are geared to cultivating and training capabilities and viewpoints that will serve to develop the potentials of organizations, teams and social communities.
