Inside censhare: We meet Egon, the Bavarian Swiss Army Knife of Deals

This week on Inside censhare we meet a chap I spend a fair amount of time with and who has been instrumental in my own integration to censhare, our Vice President of Global Sales, Egon Wilcsek.

We chat about Egon’s role, fostering a global team which currently sits across the UK, the US, Switzerland, Benelux, France and the Nordics, and is connected by global processes and global KPI’s for global success.

We also gain some insight into Egon’s background, of what makes a sales leader, and discover what he means by needing a “Swiss army knife” set of skills, as he draws on his past experience in pre-sales, marketing and sales for a number of great organizations.

We also delve into what is contributing to our current market success and Egon describes how we are opening a new market with our proposition of Universal, Smart Content Management .
