Release Train Engineer (m/f)

What awaits you as Release Train Engineer at censhare?

You have the unique opportunity to become part of our upper management team and Chief Scrum Master for 8 Scrum Teams in our international product development department. As a Release Train Engineer at censhare you fulfill the responsibilities as described in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with deep understanding and reasonable adaption to real life.

Your job as Release Train Engineer

  • Manage and optimize the flow and delivery of value across all Scrum Teams

  • Manage Product Increment (PI) planning events and outcome

  • Implement our leader-leader approach and help future leaders grow

  • Support our CTO on the level of program management and engineering execution

  • Co-develop the technical strategy in close collaboration with our CTO and Lead Architects

  • Support our CTO in managing the annual bottom-up budget for the development department

Your profile as Release Train Engineer

  • Technical background and solid understanding of software industry standards, mindset and best practices

  • Certified SAFe Program Consultant would be a significant plus

  • Ability to develop productive working relationships across wide variety of teams and leaders

  • Proven experience in change management both on leadership and team level

  • Field experience in IT Project and Program Management

  • Outstanding leadership, training, coaching and presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and a high level of assertiveness

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
