IT System Administrator (m/f) - 1st & 2nd Level Support
What awaits you as IT System Administrator at censhare?
As an IT system administrator, you will be responsible for administering and further developing our systems with a direct focus on the existing software deployment system. You will support out internal, globally positioned clients, actively applying your creativity and experience in new and ongoing IT projects. In addition to operational activities, you will be directly involved in designing new solutions and will thus also act as the link between IT and other departments.
You will be part of a young, dynamic team with flat hierarchies.
Your job as IT System Administrator
Further development and administration of existing client software deployment tools (Filewave)
Design and participation in the development of internal IT concepts and architectures
Service-oriented operating system and software support in macOS client environment
Continuous error analysis, including documentation, evaluation and implementation of possible solutions
Your profile as IT System Administrator
Vocational training in IT
Knowledge of internal 1st/2nd-level support
Good knowledge of macOS
Experience with scripting (e.g. Python, Bash, ...)
Basic network knowledge
Strong communication skills (in German and English) with internal contacts
Conceptual, analytical mindset and enthusiasm for solving complex problems
Sense of responsibility, reliability, precision and ability to work independently
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
