Inside Sales Representative (w/m)

What awaits you as Inside Sales Representative at censhare?

The performance sales team has a vision of winning in the market with a passionate organization that delivers unique solutions to our customers when we promise, every time. We are searching for team members to help this vision become reality. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you will sell the value propositions of censhare’s products and services by maintaining and expanding client relationships and supporting the performance sales team.
This position will report directly to the Vice President Sales and will be responsible for collaborating with multiple other functions within the organization, particularly with marketing teams, account managers, performance sales representatives and presales teams. This role offers the great development perspective to take on an account manager or performance sales representative role in the future.

Your taks and responsibilities as Inside Sales Representative

  • Customer Relationship Management, including regular contact with customer key stakeholders, managing and preparing calls, presentations and demos.

  • Ownership for specific accounts and leads as assigned in qualification and nurturing phases.

  • Penetration of new, assigned, ‘green field’ accounts in target sectors as identified by sales and marketing leadership with the help of our Customer Use Cases

  • Prompt and efficient handling of all inbound leads.

  • (Dis)qualification of all leads, using consultative selling techniques to uncover the customer needs and opportunities.

  • Help increase the conversion rate of performance sales team members by following through to closure.

  • Structured internal reporting of activities using Salesforce.

Your profile as Inside Sales Representative

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or in IT technology.

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in customer care, inside sales, outside sales and/or field marketing experience in a technological environment, ideally in a mid-sized software company.

  • Experience with high frequency outbounds and lead nurturing – you are not afraid of telephone calls and online researches.

  • Previous experience in direct sales and with long sales cycles of several months as an add-on.

  • Excellent relationship and communication skills - you know how to win customers over and to build up sustainable relationships.

  • A winning and goal driven personality who shares our speed and passion for software technology.

  • A high level of self-motivation.

  • Strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Ability and will to work to deadlines and challenging targets.

  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with business plans.

  • Profound Know-How in Salesforce and / or Hubspot.

  • Fluent German and English in spoken and written form.

  • Willingness to travel.
