This week, Inside censhare visits the frontline of our customer experience as I spend some time with Project Manager Dorothea Schwarz, who plays an essential role in our client’s success.

Dorothea clearly brings passion and experience to this role, and shares with us her background as a censhare user for a cook book publisher as well as her love for working with data structures.

As a project manager, Dorothea gives us a quick glimpse of the methodology we use, PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments), how this enables projects to grow such as the projects Dorothea is working on right now - two new clients in travel and in pharmaceuticals - and how these projects involve integrating with multiple systems (like SAP).
