New censhare CSO, Esther Donatz, brings fresh leadership strength to censhare’s global Sales and Professional Services teams.
censhare AG, the universal content management vendor, is expanding its management team with the appointment of Esther Donatz as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). Esther has led the Sales and Professional Services teams for censhare since January 15, 2020, and is responsible for the Business Units in Germany, Switzerland, France, the UK, Benelux, Scandinavia, and the USA.
Esther enters as the successor of Pieter Stroop Van Renen, who led the censhare sales organization on an interim basis. Pieter now returns to his previous role as SVP North-West Europe, and will once again concentrate his full attention on continuing to grow this Business Unit, covering France, the UK, Benelux, and Scandinavia.
"This complexity is constantly increasing," she states, "due to rising consumer demands: real interaction instead of just communication, the individual approach as opposed to mass communications, and of course, real time feedback, are just a few examples."
Previously, Esther Donatz worked for international SaaS and cloud companies in various management positions and was awarded the "IT Woman of the Year 2018" gold award. She has held various management positions across T-Systems International, VMware, and F5 Networks, and, together with her teams, was responsible for global customer accounts, the implementation of complex IT projects, and partner sales. The transformation of complex technical solutions into business outcomes is her passion.
