On October 2 and 3, censhare once more invited customers and friends to the censhare ecosphere days 2015, which again took place at Hohenkammer Castle near Munich. Around 170 guests, many of them from the USA, were there to cast a glance into the future of communication technology in the historical atmosphere of the renaissance castle - among many others the representatives of adidas, the publishers Burda and Bauer, the media service-providers mohn media and w&co, Vitra furniture designers, Oriflame (cosmetics), publish-industry (technology publications), F. A. Davis and Thieme (specialist medical publications).
"We see our customers as partners and each project as a collaborative venture" - this commitment to a continuous feedback culture and responsibility in partnership also characterized the censhare ecosphere days 2015.
The censhare ecosphere days once again gave our partners the opportunity to talk about current projects and the challenges their companies face, to provide and to take away constructive impulses and also to compare notes.
The agenda included selected talks by representatives of companies from various sectors which are already applying censhare know-how to the reorganization of the work and communication processes in their companies. The focus was of course on their practical experience with technology from censhare:
„censhare is the leading provider of intelligent content orchestration“, summarized censhare CEO Dieter Reichert the collected experiences, and the presentation of the current software version ‘censhare 5.3’ was followed with special interest. The revised version is equipped with a new interface in “Italian” design and additional functions, for example a full-fledged Marketing Resource Management functionality and a user-friendly (XML-based) Content Editor. This enables censhare to handle and deploy the whole communication process in all channels in a collaborative way – covering all steps from planning, creating and editing of all contents. Information can be understood in real-time and used for the Customer Journey.
There was a clear consensus regarding the future of communication technology: "Everything is connected, integrated and transparent. Software increasingly determines all communication aspects and will change society sustainably. But this also requires a new way of thinking for the companies and their respective structures."
