When Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) looked to centralize and align, the process included its agency relationships. So, in 2012, Spark44 – a joint venture with JLR – was launched. One shared balance sheet and a fully transparent relationship meant no more complex third party relationships creating mixed messaging and, ultimately, brand erosion.
Since then, the partnership has helped double sales, speed up content production by 68% and saved JLR a total of £55m.
