Inside censhare: Islem Puts the Care in censhare

It seems that IT specialists are like London buses - you wait for ages for one and then three come along at once! And this week on Inside censhare, we welcome another member of our geek squad, Islem Djedidi, to our little studio.

Islem is on the front line of our clients’ experience of censhare, working with Phillip who I recently chatted to and it was great, again, to hear the enthusiasm and pride that this department has for our customers and their work.

As you may have noticed while watching some of the videos, censhare is a cosmopolitan place with a diverse team consisting of over 30 nationalities and Islem discusses her journey to censhare (and Munich) from Tunisia. She shares with us her experience of the onboarding process and gives us a glimpse of what it’s like being a “newbie”, which is always celebrated with a first Munich beer!

Aside from their enthusiasm and diversity, the high calibre background of our team is also evident in this interview, with Islem bringing to the team her experience of working for HP.

This was another fun conversation which I hope introduces you to another member of a team who clients don’t often get to see, but who play a vital role in our joint success. If you are interested in joining the team here, then please check out our careers page .

I hope you enjoy the video.

Ian Truscott Ian Truscott

Ian Truscott has the unofficial and honory title of the “Träger des Firmen-Megaphons” for censhare, bringing 20 years of B2B software experience to our company (surely starting as a child) to lead marketing here. Luckily for us in the Munich office, he’s found the kettle and some tea bags – look at him, he’s happy.
