Inside censhare – Business Solutions; Answering The What, The Why, The Who?

In this week’s Inside censhare I am joined by Peter Makovitzky, VP, Business Solutions and we discuss the part of our expert services that he is responsible for delivering to our clients.

Peter is always good company, he has great experience of a wide range of customer experience and marketing challenges in his extensive career as a consultant and even though we are a software vendor, we know that software is not the total answer to a strategic digital transformation problem (although it certainly helps!). There are people and processes that must be understood and this is where Peter comes in.

Having spent some time with Peter I know he could have shared a whole list of challenges that he has helped clients to solve – but I asked him to pick one, and he shared with me what he describes as “the impending CMO heart attack”. There are no spoilers here, if you watch the video, you’ll see what he meant.
