Today, I reeled in a big fish into the hot seat; one of the founders of our company; CTO Walter Bauer. A fascinating chap to talk to, the brains behind our semantic database platform (and other cool stuff I can’t tell you about yet).

Of course, I couldn’t get a founder and not ask about how censhare started. I love Walter’s honesty, as an organically grown business from day 1, he freely admits that the early years were tough, not only solving tough problems for a demanding industry in publishing, but of course building a start-up business – but that those early lessons have clearly created the DNA of the success we have today.

But, we couldn’t leave it there and Walter will be joining us on Inside censhare again soon - there is a lot more to this story I want to explore.
